Built for your body.
Adjusted every week.
Veryvo builds your training plan in about 3 minutes, fills in every set for you, and reviews your week every Sunday. You see what it wants to change and why. Nothing changes until you say so.

Most plans are built for nobody.
Copy-paste programs don't know your gym, your schedule or your bad knee, and they never change when you do. A good trainer does, but that gets expensive fast. Veryvo gives you the coaching part, right in your pocket.
Generic plans
Same program for everyone
- Ignores your equipment and schedule
- Doesn't adapt when you progress or miss a week
- Nobody explains the numbers
Personal trainer
$50–$90 a session*
- Built around you
- Adjusts as you go
- Hundreds a month at two sessions a week
- Only when their calendar allows
Veryvo
From $6.67 a month
- Built around your goal, gear, schedule and limits
- Adjusted every week from what you actually lift
- Explains every change, and you approve it
- Ready whenever you train
*Typical U.S. personal trainer rates, per Bark's 2026 pricing guide. Veryvo is not a replacement for medical or physical-therapy care.
Set up in 3 minutes.
Smarter every week.
Tell Veryvo about you
Your goal, your experience, where you train, which days you're free and anything to work around. Every answer changes the plan. No filler questions.

Train with every set planned
Today's weights and reps are already filled in. Lift, tap ✓, and your rest timer starts on its own. Wondering why it picked 90 lb? Tap Why.
- See last time next to every set
- Rest timer with −15s, +15s and Skip
- Swap a busy machine for today, or for good

Approve your Sunday review
Every Sunday Veryvo looks at your reps, weights, missed days and how each session felt. Then it suggests changes, with the reason behind each one. Accept them, edit them, or keep your plan as it is. You can undo anytime.
- Weight goes up only where your logs say you're ready
- Missed a day? The plan adjusts, no guilt trip

A coach that shows its work.
AI that quietly rewrites your program isn't coaching. Veryvo explains every number, keeps your plan steady, and only changes it when you agree.
A “Why?” on every target
Tap any weight or rep target to see exactly where it came from.
Ask Coach, get a real change
Only have 30 minutes? Travelling? Something hurts? Ask, and Coach answers with a change you can accept. It's for today only unless you say otherwise.
Straight talk, short notes
One useful note when there's something worth saying. No walls of pep talk.

See where to focus. From two photos.
Snap a front and a side photo. It takes about two minutes. Coach points out posture notes and up to three focus areas, then shows how your plan would change. You decide whether to apply it.
- Photos are sent for analysis only when you tap Send
- Your originals stay on your iPhone
- Optional face blur before sending
- Your first scan is free. Pro includes one every 4 weeks.
Photos can't measure body fat reliably, so Veryvo doesn't pretend to. The scan is a visual check-in for coaching, not a medical test. Your training log is the real progress signal.
The coaching, without the guesswork.
Adapt today
Short on time, low on energy or stuck with different equipment? One tap rebuilds today's session without touching the rest of your plan.
Any gym, any setup
A full commercial gym, a home setup, or just a pair of dumbbells and some bands. Your plan uses what you actually have.
Works around limits
Tell Veryvo about a cranky shoulder, knee or lower back and it plans around it. It isn't medical advice, so see a clinician about pain.
A rest timer that keeps up
It starts the moment you log a set. Add 15 seconds, take 15 away, or skip straight to your next set.
Progress that means something
Key lifts, personal records against last time, and your weeks-in-a-row streak. No vanity scores.
Your data, your call
See what Coach knows about you, and export or delete your data from the app whenever you want.
From first gym day to 3+ years in.
Start free. Go Pro when you're ready.
A full year of Veryvo Pro costs about the same as a single session with a personal trainer.*

Get notified at launchDownload VeryvoWhat is Veryvo?
Veryvo is an AI strength coach for iPhone. It builds a training plan around your goal, experience, equipment, schedule and any limits, fills in your weights and reps for every session, and reviews your week every Sunday. It suggests changes with the reason behind each one, and nothing changes until you approve it.
Is it good for beginners?
Yes. If you're new or coming back after a break, your first weeks focus on learning the moves and finding working weights with room to spare. You get form cues as you go, and weight only goes up when your logs show you're ready.
What equipment do I need?
Whatever you have. Pick a commercial gym, a home gym, or minimal equipment like bodyweight, bands or a pair of dumbbells, then tick the gear you can use. If you're somewhere different for a day, tap “Other equipment” and today's session is rebuilt.
Will the AI change my plan without asking?
No. Veryvo proposes changes in your Sunday review and when you ask Coach for something. Each change comes with a reason, and you can accept, edit or keep your current plan. You can also undo past changes.
How does the Body Scan work? Is it accurate?
You take a front and a side photo, which takes about two minutes. Coach notes things like posture and suggests up to three focus areas for your plan. It's a visual check-in, not a measurement: there's no body-fat number and it isn't a medical test. Lighting and pose change what the camera sees, which is why your training log is the better progress signal.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are sent to our AI provider for analysis only when you tap Send, and you can blur your face first. The originals stay in a private photo vault on your iPhone. The full details will be in the app's privacy policy, published before launch.
How much does Veryvo cost?
Veryvo is free to start. Pro is $79.99 a year (about $6.67 a month) or $19.95 a month, and new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Compare Free and Pro.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Veryvo. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or billing period ends to avoid the next charge.
Is Veryvo on Android?
Veryvo is launching on iPhone first. Join the launch list and we'll let you know about other platforms.
Is this medical advice?
No. Veryvo is a fitness coaching app, not a medical device. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have pain, an injury or a medical condition.
